Peter Levi Knobloch, age 76, of Knobloch's Corners went to live with His Savior Jesus in his eternal heavenly home, on February 27, 2017. He was born to Levi and Gladys on January 27th, 1941 in the same family farmhouse where his father Levi was born.

 

He was a lifelong member of St Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Hopkins, MI. He provided for his family as a lifelong Dairy farmer while being employed at Rockwell International for 30+ years. Peter also served the UAW local 709 in various positions.  He spent his retirement working as a crop adjuster. He enjoyed hunting with his father-in-law, all his “boys” and grandsons. He was a Michigan State Spartan fan. He enjoyed watching football and basketball games with his family.

 

His parents and his brother Merlin (Sharon) Knobloch preceded him in death.  

 

He is survived by; his beloved wife Karon Clegg whom he married in 1965. Together they had three children; Sarah Lacy, Adam & Julie Knobloch, and Aaron & Debbie Knobloch, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He opened his heart and home to his nephew Glenn (Amanda) Winters and niece Amanda Weber and their four children; and his sister Marg (Norm) Gras.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
