He enjoyed the rewards of their hard work by spending time with family and friends in nature and outdoors. Planting and growing many types of flowers and trees. He loved “the bush” in Ontario at his lakeside cabin and exciting float plane adventures. He spent 20 years fishing the “Big Lake” off his boats. Later generations were treated to his jokes and stories while fishing the backyard pond and going up north to deer hunt.
