As you begin to celebrate the life of your loved one, incorporating their life, values and passions into your planning will help create healing experiences for your friends and family. Consider family memories, hobbies, collections or favorite adventures. Our staff is here to help you plan a tribute that will honor cherished memories that reflect your loved one.

Here are a few ideas from some of our families…

The Coca-Cola Collector

When a family didn’t know what to do with all of their mother’s Coca-Cola collector’s items, our funeral director suggested they incorporate her collection and love for Coke. Their visitation included a luncheon with her beloved treasures as the decor, red napkins and Coke products for beverages. It was completely unique and absolutely memorable.

The Outdoorsman

One family brought in pieces of home with their father’s hunting gear, memorabilia and prize mounts. They selected a special outdoorsman casket to coordinate with their decor. Later that year, the family remarked how glad they were that they had taken a little extra time to make this tribute to their loved one so special.

The Family On the Road

One family that loves to load up the family motor home and head out on road trips made their advance funeral plans with that in mind. They plan on loading up the motor home one last time with Dad’s favorite music playing as they make their journey together to the cemetery, and on to their family property for an intimate gathering of family and friends.

There was never yet an uninteresting life. Such a thing is an impossibility.
