Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army while stationed at Fort Benning, GA. He received his honorable discharge in December of 1949. Bill started working at Michigan Wheel in 1955 with several of his brother-in-law’s and eventually a nephew and his son, Edward. Bill was a molder and worked almost exclusively on large custom propellers for military, commercial and pleasure crafts, retiring in 1993.
